Amanda Bossard net worth
Amanda Bossard was just out high school when she began her marine biology education at Alaska PacificUniversity in Anchorage. Bossard began her professional career in the commercial seafood industry at the age of 1999, after she began working as a crew member on the F/V Sunset the 65' halibut schooner turned salmon tender for Murat Aritan, a commercial fisherman since 1993. Bossard is now married to Aritan and the couple has joined together to assert their claim to the market. Both are in favour of conserving resources as well as maximizing profits. Otolith was created by Philadelphia through Bella Bossard, now mother to two kids with ages of 3 and 1 Bossard. Its name is an affectionate recall of her extensive understanding of fish biology and her husband's long connection in the seafood industry often keeping them from each other for 5 months or longer when they are focused on their economic and environmental objectives that reflect both their independence and commitment to their community wherever they live. Bossard along with her two children Andre 10, and Isabella 12 return every year for a visit to Southeast Alaska as deckhands to harvest wild salmon during summer. Hooks and lines are used to catch their fish after which they join Aritan to market their products to local processors for two months. After that, they increase their direct seafood sale through Otolith Sustainable Seafood. Amanda Bossard was hired as a News 12 Anchor/MMJ and News 12 Brooklyn on November 15, 2015. She is passionate for sharing the stories of individuals and communities she is a part of.
